Wudhu has 4 Fardh [obligatory] acts. If any ONE is left out or not done correctly, the Wudhu will NOT be valid. If any of the FARAA'ID are left out or a HAIRS BREADTH place is left DRY the wudhu will be INCOMPLETE.
