Nuit Du Bazin is the union of all AFRICANS working together to create our future as ONE. This is a celebration for all Africans and friends of Africa to gather together in the sprit of PEACE, LOVE, and UNITY. OUR VISOIN; Lassan and Ousseynou Kouyate had a vision- a vision to create an annual West African ceremonial and cultural extravaganza. An evening filled with pomp and grandeur, reflecting their traditional and melodious lyrics (in Bambara, Mandinko, French, and Wolof), in corporating West African instruments and music (kora, ngoni, sabar, balafon, tama, and djembe), showcasing the rich West African fabrics and fashions (bazin and ganyilaa), hypnotizing dances and mouthwatering ethinc foods. Nicole, Jr. Kabba, Aida Thiam, and Sekhou Senegal (Assane & Ousseynou) performed on May 23rd, 2010.
